An Adnams owned pub in Cavendish has been sold but looks likely to remain in use.
The Bull Inn situated in the village’s picturesque High Street is described as a traditional 500-year-old English pub with an ‘olde-worlde’ feel.
The property has been sold by the Chartered Surveyors Fleurets.
A spokeswoman from their Sudbury based regional office confirmed the pub has been sold subject to contract.
But she could not reveal who has bought the pub.
A spokeswoman for Adnams said the purchase is still being completed so they cannot confirm an exchange date yet.
However she indicated that the property will remain in use as a pub by the new owner.
She said it is planned for the current tenants to remain in the property until February.
