A group of friends and family have marched 24 miles across London to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Society.

Hoping to raise around £1,500, Hayley Bolden and her fellow walkers raised £750 after walking from Tottenham Hotspur’s football ground to the London Eye.

The group were supposed to only walk 17 miles but a few “detours” and “wrong turns” led to the challenge becoming that bit harder – not that Mrs Bolden minded.
