Sudbury mayor Robert Spivey joined staff and students at the Bridge Project in Sudbury to celebrate the charity’s 20th anniversary on Wednesday.

The organisation provides educational opportunities to adults with learning disabilities, while also running a successful cafe in Gainsborough Street.

Anesta Newson MBE, the charity’s founder, said: “We have come such a long way since we first started. We were so excited to celebrate this important milestone.”
