Sudbury Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) is holding an open day at Belle Vue House on Saturday, June 18.
The building is likely to be knocked down once it is sold by Babergh District Council.
Frances Korabik at the centre said: “We thought it might be nice for people to have a look round Belle Vue before we move out as the future of the house is unclear at present.
“Anne Grimshaw from the Sudbury Society has previously given a talk on the history of Belle Vue, so we have asked her to give guided tours.
“Anne has done a lot of research and has come up with some very interesting facts that I was unaware of, and I have worked here nearly 18 years.”
Mrs Grimshaw has also produced an information booklet to be made available on the day.
The CAB will also be selling books which have been donated, while there will be a cake sale and refreshments available.
There is no entry fee but donations of at least £3 are recommended for the guided tours.
Time slots for the tours can be booked for between 10am and 4pm by emailing email@example.com, or phoning 01787 378204. There should also be spaces available without booking on the day.
