Members of an international heavy metal band have paid tribute to two young musicians who were killed in a car crash.

Bullet for My Valentine took to Facebook after hearing about the deaths of Corran Powell, 21, from Gosfield, and James Simmons, 18, from Braintree.

The two musicians, along with another victim, David Bradley, were killed in a head-on collision.

The band wrote: “We received some very sad news over the holidays when we learned that two young fans tragically lost their lives in a car accident.”
