PARENTS and children will celebrate a major milestone for the Sudbury and Halstead branch of the NCT with a tea party next week.
The cheeky monkeys tea party including a silver themed fancy dress contest will mark 25 years of the local branch of the leading charity for families with children.

And some of the area’s youngest fundraisers will be helping boost the profits with a sponsored toddle.

The party takes place at the cricket club in Quay Lane, Sudbury on Tuesday July 7 from 11am to 2pm.

Other attractions include face painting, a bar and barbecue, monkey music, and a raffle.

Tickets are available in advance from Louise Richardson, 11 Brices Way, Glemsford, CO10 7UP.
