A number of big name tribute acts have been added to the line-up of a two-day festival in Sudbury.
Now in its fourth year, Live and Kicking is being held at the MEL Group Stadium in Brundon Lane.
Last week, it was announced that Neville Staple, the frontman of The Specials, would be headlining the event, and organisers have now revealed that Oasis, The Stone Roses and Pink tribute acts will also be performing.
Organiser Richard Instance said: “While we are delighted to have a true legend in Neville Staple performing, we are really pleased with the other acts we have managed to book so far.
“The ones we have chosen really are some of the best tribute acts the UK can offer and people will love them.”
Among the acts taking part in the festival in June are Changing Man – Paul Weller, Definitely Mightbe and Adored – The Stone Roses.
Mr Instance said more acts were due to be confirmed and all those performing could be seen on the festival’s new website at www.liveandkicking.co.uk.
“We are still working hard to complete the programme, and we are confident of announcing at least one more headline act and some other great support acts to appeal to people of all ages,” he said.
