A councillor has hit out at colleagues over new ticket machines at the town's car parks.
Babergh Council will spend £86,000 installing machines in all short-stay car parks in Sudbury and replacing older models in Hadleigh.
Five Sudbury and Hadleigh councillors demanded the decision be put before Babergh's full council.

Peter Beer, Sudbury and Great Cornard councillor, said: "They say we are strapped for cash but they are quite willing to spend £86,000 on ticket machines."
