July - The month for fruity flavours
THIS is the month I really look forward to, with its bonanza of home-grown fruit to choose from. Supermarkets and shops are abundantly stocked with fresh food at the moment.
June- High summer in the kitchen
June is the month that every cook loves. It's hard to go wrong when the full bounty of the British harvest of fruit and vegetables is laid out before you – in supermarkets, at farmers' markets and at roadside stalls.
