We try to do our best for this town
REGARDING David Riddlestone’s letter (You proved me wrong, Babergh, January 16), I would like to say thank you, David, for your comments and words of praise.
I would like to take this opportunity to say that your Babergh and Sudbury Town councillors work very hard to ensure that they make the best decisions for the district and Sudbury.
These choices may not always meet everyone’s approval, but we endeavour to do our best at all times with the resources available to the council.
This is for all the very big and difficult decisions and actions such as car parking charges, litter, antisocial behaviour, safety, regeneration and many more.
I was elected to do a job and I give you my assurance that I will continue to work hard for people in Babergh, Sudbury, and the east ward of Sudbury.
