Thanks to all who supported dance

WE would like to take this opportunity to say a very big thank you to everyone who supported the “Indoor car park dance” for Help for Heroes on Saturday, December 17.

This turned out to be a very successful event which raised a total sum of £3,500 that will go to the charity.

Also a very big thank you to our entertainment for the evening, Route Sixty Six and Mr Fred Lay.

They had everyone up and dancing all night to superb music. Thank you very much.

Also to Ray and the girls behind the bar who kept the drinks going all night. They did a fantastic job. Not forgetting Terry and Ed who were on the door for most of the night - not the warmest of jobs.

So once again, thank you all very much, it certainly was a good night and we are sure that if we get the support we could do the same again next year.

One thing is for sure, sixties music is not dead.

Thank you all.
