State of toilets was quite a shock
WHILE shopping in Sudbury I desperately needed to spend a penny (but as it’s Sudbury - 20p) and on going up to the Gaol Lane toilets I found a lady with a young child hoping to get change for a £1 coin but couldn’t do so as there was no one to give change behind the glass.
On going through the door to the toilets it came as quite a shock to find that only one of the three cubicles was in working order.
For a town like Sudbury, where several people are only able to get in on a Thursday and are rushed for time because of having to catch buses so don’t have time to queue for the loo, this is just disgusting.

I used these loos recently and was surprised at their poor state and went next door to the local council offices to tell them as they can inform the cleaners. What surprises me is that Sudbury is advertised as a tourist destination but has toilet facilities that are difficult to find or use.
