CONTESTANTS of the furry four-legged variety are needed for a dog show.

The 3rd Sudbury Sea Scouts are holding a Fun Dog Show in the town next month and require entrants of all shapes, sizes and breeds.

The show will be held at Friars Meadow between 10am and 4pm on September 1.

Classes include best puppy, best trick and golden oldie, with the competition being judged by Ardmore Veterinary Group.

Owners will be asked to pay a small fee to enter their dogs and the money raised will go towards a new £7,000 sailing dinghy for the scouts.
