I would like to applaud the award-winning Caroline Merry of Thing-me-Bobs, featured in the Free Press.
I can endorse the excellent service provided by Caroline. Earlier this year my daughter and I were seeking a large quantity of Kinder eggs for her wedding and needed to check sell-by-date and price. Caroline promised to check both and rang back the next day.
Sounds easy, but how many companies these days say they will ring back and then never bother?
Unfortunately, too few shop assistants go the extra mile. Needless to say we bought our eggs from her.
Caroline certainly deserves her Free Press At Your Service award for excellent customer service.
