Calling all detectives

BUDDING detectives are being hunted for a treasure trail centred around four villages near Sudbury.

Staff from Gainsborough’s House, the museum birthplace of artist Thomas Gainsborough, are organising the event for Sunday, February 19, to raise money for the heritage centre.

Treasure hunt organiser Nick Winch said; “The hunt starts from Gainsborough’s House from 10am and participants can choose to do all four villages or just a couple if they prefer.

“There is a prize for the winners but it is as much about the experience as it is about winning.”

Tickets are £5 and can be booked on the day or reserved by calling Gainsborough’s House on 01787 372958.
