CHRIS Tracey has joined Ridgeons League division one Long Melford as player/manager.
AFC Sudbury have retained his Ryman League registration until the end of the season when his contract at King's Marsh expires.

Paul Grainger becomes general manager at Stoneylands, working with Tracey and the first team on a daily basis but also taking on a wider role at the club.

AFC legend Tracey, 37, is injured and will be in the dugout alongside Grainger at Gorleston on Saturday.

It is hoped Tracey will make his Melford debut the following week in the league derby at Hadleigh United.

With AFC retaining his Ryman League registration, Tracey will be able to help Sudbury out in their promotion push if needed.
